We invite high caliber candidates to fill the following position:

Requirements:

- Proven qualification in hospitality or food & beverage management studies

- Holder of Food Hygiene Manager / Supervisor certificate

- At least 5 years supervisory level experience in bar/lounge, with more than 2 years experience as bar/lounge manager in the hotel field

- Good relations and connection with potential clients network

- Experience in the set up of new marketing plans and special festive promotions

- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the bar/lounge

- Able to do multi-task and work with minimal supervision

- Able to handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Shift duties required
